Him, Her, Them

If you want to be a great leader, you need to possess three key qualities. First, you must be other-focused. This means that your primary focus is on the good of the team, not yourself. Second, you must be altruistic. You must be willing and able to put the needs of others before your own. Finally, you must care more about the highest good of the team than about your own good. If you can embody these three qualities, then you will be a great leader!

Sascha was born highly disabled with an open back and his organs protruding out of his lower back. Then, they went on and told his parents that he would be mentally challenged, paralyzed from the waist down, and dead by the age of 7 years old... Sascha was born in 1978. Today, in 2022, he is still alive and thriving! Subscribe to his daily leadership newsletter to learn the deep answers to your burning question: "How did you do that?"
