Leaders know that to achieve a great outcome, they have to feel, think, and speak from the achieved outcome perspective.

The Three Keys to Success

1) Feel from the desired outcome perspective

2) Make a plan from the expected achieved goal

3) Keep secret your expected achieved goal until it is achieved

That way, they inspire trust in all their team members and stakeholders.

1) Feel from the desired outcome perspective

When, as a great leader, you feel every sensation, feeling of having achieved the expected outcome, nothing can stop you anymore. You are then able to cast this vision, this perception, and these feelings onto your team members who in turn cast it onto their smaller teams.

The fact of having a complete, clear, precise, and exact picture with all your senses allows the universe to work in your favor, and to happily provide all that you have chosen to experience, all that you desire, all that you imagine, all that your visualize.

2) Make a plan from the expected achieved goal

When you create your plan from the place where you are standing right now, and you look at the top of the mountain, the tasks seem daunting and insurmountable. But do you know how to eat an elephant or how to climb a mountain? One bite/step at a time! Not all at once.

And if now you imagine that you have already succeeded and that you are reverse engineering what you did to get there, then the plan becomes evident, obvious, and all the inspired actions show up by themselves, making it almost EASY to write down your plan and how to succeed.

3) Keep secret your expected achieved goal until it is achieved

The only people who shall know your goal are the members of your team, who are achieving it with you, who are involved with you, and who are making it happen with you. All the other people, the ones who are outside of your teams, the ones who have an opinion on everything without getting involved in anything shall definitely know the secret of your plans. Avoid the naysayers by keeping your expected achieved goal secret until it is achieved. When it is achieved, it may be worth sharing it everywhere, in mass media, social media, and saying it to everyone, so that the mass effect that is part of your expectation can actually happen.

That way, they inspire trust in all their team members and stakeholders.

Your team members and your stakeholders who are concerned by your achieved goal will know that they can trust you when you keep your achieved goal in mind at all times and that you continue to inspire many people. This is one of the big secrets of influence as a great leader.
